How to OrderEmail or call to let me know what you wish to order. Remember, I am happy to custom formulate, so please ask if you do not see a product that meets your needs. All questions are confidential.
You will receive an invoice by email, confirming your order and the amount due. Your order will be shipped by priority mail within 2 days. A paper invoice and SASE will be packed inside your shipment. Please pay by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check as soon as possible. You may also request a PayPal invoice.
The cost of shipping and handling is added to your order and depends on the weight of your shipment. Any order under 2 lbs. in weight will have a shipping and handling charge of $7 and will be sent by priority mail. Orders weighing over 2 lbs. will be sent in a flat rate priority mail box for $11. Any other shipping method requested by the customer may require payment in advance. We make every effort to keep the cost of shipping reasonable.
Please note that face creams are only shipped October through March. Shipping during hot weather can cause separation and spoilage. Face creams are available for purchase and pick up year round at Lichenwood Herbals, 36 Old Settlers Road, Barrington, New Hampshire (603-664-3393). Call ahead to arrange for pick up.
